You will be:

  • Delegating to and training apprentices.

  • Taking projects from inception to completion with aid from our management team.

  • Working in custom homes, renovations, and light commercial environments.

  • Focused on hitting production targets.

  • Interacting directly with the site managers for changes and scheduling.

  • Ensuring projects tool and material inventory is maintained.

  • Driving and managing the up keep of a company vehicle.

Executive assisstant

The Role

Kato is looking for a skilled administrative assistant to be the backbone of our office, this position requires someone with a great customer service oriented personality, can multitask and is organized with numbers.

The following abilities are a must: 

  • Proficient with all Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, etc).

  • Experience using project management software for tracking key performing indicators on projects.

  • Understanding in Quickbooks Online, customer management, invoicing, etc.

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbally.

In this role you will: 

  • Filter phone calls and emails for the company.

  • Book, schedule and organize service and construction projects for the crews.

  • Communicate with project managers to assist with billing projects.

  • Facilitate accounts receivable (AR) phone calls.

  • Process payments from clients.

  • Follow up with generated leads/quotes.

  • Support project managers with the permitting and inspection processes.

  • Enter data into project management software for KPI tracking.

  • Bookkeeping and accounting duties.

This position is for someone who has an interest in growing into the office manager position in the future.

Salary: $40,000.00 to $50,000.00 /year

From renovations to brand new construction, we aim to provide the absolute highest quality work for every single client.

Our projects are an 80/20 mix of residential and commercial projects. The aim is to stray away from cookie cutter jobs and strive to do unique, custom installations (we think its more fun!).
